I offer treatment from my dedicated therapy room in Parkstone, Poole.

 

With 20 years experience as a massage therapist, I originally trained and worked in London before moving to Poole in 2004.  I am a Jing advanced clinical massage therapist, holding the highest level of post graduate massage training in the UK, after completing their award winning BTEC level 6 course.

I view my work as continually evolving as I regularly expand my knowledge of massage techniques and anatomy and physiology through training.  The more I learn the more passionate I become about helping people to improve their well-being.

 

In addition to my own private practice, I have previously worked at the Royal Bournemouth General Hospital providing massage on the stroke unit.  I have worked in a number of London's best hotel spas, in nursing homes, rehabilitation centres and provided on-site massage to businesses and at events.  I am a trained teacher, with six years experience of teaching the ITEC level 3 Diploma in Massage at Skills and Learning in Bournemouth and Poole.

 

I enjoy the opportunity of working with clients to better their lives.  Whether it’s reducing pain levels, restoring a feeling of calm, improving mobility, increasing body awareness, suggesting positive lifestyle changes or enabling clients to return to activities that had been restricted such as gardening or walking, it’s a pleasure to spend time with people and see a positive impact.

 

I am a member of the Sports Massage Assocation (SMA) and have professional insurance.
